Anne-Alece Johnston is the Principal Solicitor of Northern Rivers Law at Grafton NSW.  

Her substantial area of practice is Criminal Law.

Anne-Alece provides legal representation within the Northern Rivers region, including appearances at Maclean, Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Casino, Ballina, Tweed Heads and Byron Bay. 

If required, Anne-Alece will appear in all superior Courts in relation to any criminal matters set down for trial or sentence, including release applications and appeals throughout the Northern Rivers and other areas of the State.

When it comes to your Court appearance, Anne-Alece is dedicated to working with you each step of the way to make sure that you receive the best possible outcome for any type of criminal offence.  She will provide you with clear, straightforward, legal advice regarding the most effective way to manage your case, irrespective of the nature of the charge.  

Facing court can be a difficult time for anyone, particularly if you are going to court for the very first time.  Based on her broad experience of criminal law and advocacy skills, Anne-Alece understands that most criminal offences may be related to personal hardship, poverty and deprivation, homelessness, illicit substance addiction, mental illness, loss of a loved one, social isolation, cultural barriers, marginalization, and any other unexpected life challenges that may have placed you before the Court.  Regardless of your charge, Anne-Alece will run your matter to finalisation with professionalism, integrity and experience.
